Finding Home's Community Commitment
Volunteer for a Day and Save on Closing Costs

Our educators share a belief that the home buying process is unique, as it consistently reminds all involved of the great value of our neighborhoods and communities.  Home buyers are an integral part of building strong communities, and Finding Home is dedicated to making the most of the opportunity that being a part of the home buying process presents.   Finding Home's workshop curriculum recognizes the necessity for responsible and sustainable growth, and we hope that our volunteer program is a tangible example of our strong belief in the value of community service. 

We are proud to offer a $500 savings on closing costs to home buyers for volunteering in their community for one day, when they work with one of our educators or lenders in buying their home.  Finding Home organizes volunteer events bringing home buyers together with established non-profit organizations that are working to build stronger communities in and around the Seattle area.  Volunteers can view upcoming events above, and link to a sign-up form.  The closing cost credit is by no means limited to the events above - Finding Home is also happy to recognize a day of community work with an organization of your choice.  Just contact our office to arrange a volunteer credit.
